UK designer Sharon Turner of Scrummy Things is our winner this week with her 'honey hippy dolly love dress', an easy to make dress pattern that fits an 18" doll (& various other sizes as well if you're a determined 5-year old). The entries this week were terrific and would make very nice, affordable gifts for those whose floors are, like ours, often strewn with potential models for this sort of thing. This week we will be voting on collections from the Fabric8 finalists.
We love gardening, and there's nothing that delights us more than our little herb plants! We love picking a few fresh mint leaves or rosemary sprigs with our own hands and adding them straight to a pitcher of iced tea or a bowl of pasta. This week, create a fabric design that celebrates the traditional herb garden. Previews will be sized as quarter yards (21" x 18"). Deadline for entry is Tuesday, July 22nd, 2014.
Match point! Create a fabric design that celebrates the sport of tennis. Previews will be sized as quarter yards (21" x 18"). Deadline for entry is Tuesday, July 29th, 2014.
Instructions and rules for our weekly fabric design contests appear on our upcoming contests page .
