These designs were originally in my "Warmth" collection. I took a walk, though, the other day and noticed how much the colors in these designs echoed colors in bluestem grass. Bluestem grasses, both big and little, grow near our house. In the summer, they turn a beautiful bluish green. It's in the autumn, though, when I feel like they come into their full glory with their russets, creams and browns. The designs in this collection take their colors from the shades of bluestem in the autumn.
